Long & Short Term Boarding

At Gochenauer Kennels, we treat your pet like a member of our own family, providing all the essentials to keep your pet comfortable and happy in your absence.
Accommodations:
Dogs:
Individual indoor and outdoor facility with ample room for exercise. Dishes and bedding are provided in our climate controlled facility.
Cats:
An all-indoor facility separate from dog kennels. Dishes, bedding, litter and litter pan are provided. The inside living quarters that your pet stays in are climate controlled to keep your pet warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
Environment:
Your pet will enjoy a clean, climate controlled enclosure with natural lighting, plenty of room for exercise and a fresh air return system that provides a healthy and comfortable environment in any weather.
Food:
Pets are fed a diet of premium dry food of IAMS. Or if you prefer, we will prepare and feed any food that you provide. If you provide your own food, we ask that you pre-bag each individual feeding.
Exercise:
Besides the five daily outside exercise periods, you may schedule additional walks or play times for your dog. We know that this is their vacation too! See our rates page for details.
Medication:
Can be administered by qualified personnel as prescribed by your veterinarian. (Small fee applies)
Kennel Tours
Kennel tours are available from mid-September to mid-May, by appointment, on Wednesdays from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. This is usually our slowest time of the year, allowing you to view our facilities, while providing minimal disruption to the pets in our care.
